Packaging was not good - in a box with just a couple pieces of thin plastic balloons. Appears router was knocking around in transit and that may have caused the cosmetic damage. Should be better packed if CPO is reading this. I've had refurbished before from CPO that were essentially brand new looking. But I am pleased for the price. Nice soft start feature. Bearings sound good.

The cordless DeWalt tool I purchased was refurbished and looked absolutely brand new with a new manual. I would definitely recommend CPO Outlets!!!!!
