Made a deal with them and I knew that it was going to take time for the mirror to be delivered- that was fine. Days later they mailed me a letter and wanted me to agree on Ebay that the item was delivered when it was not. They said it was due to Ebay policies and that was not true. When I spoke my concern they immediately canceled my purchase. And since you had opened a dispute, it gave me the option to cancel.
