    Helped lower my glucose

    After my husband did some research, he decided this would be good for me to try lowering my glucose levels. It works! I took it as recommended, and my glucose dropped 71 points in one month. I am so happy, because my doctor wanted to put me on prescription drugs. I am looking forward to the glucose dropping even more, since I have been making life changes to get this under control. Chromium and vanadium will probably stay on my list of supplements to keep the glucose levels normal, once I get there.
