Then, the seller has the nerve to ignore the evidence provided from my order and the shipper they used(FedEx) and gives a automated message saying they shipped my item and that I am wrong about it missing. What kind of customer service is that‽ Trying to get my item is proving more difficult than them being able to provide adequate service. 0/5

    Seller is a scam. Tells me items are no longer for sale when they are relisted for a higher price. After telling me it is out of stock, they mark it as shipped! Then they ship another item to the wrong address to get confirmed delivery. Fedex has a proof of delivery picture in my town but not the right item (the package weight according to fedex was about 20% what it should have been!) or the right porch. I got refunded, you might not be so lucky.
