    I ordered a ring from this seller on Dec 21st. The latest it was to arrive was Jan 2nd. By Jan 5th, I had not gotten any shipping information or heard from the seller so I requested a refund. This was not processed and my order was finally shipped out Jan 6th. On Jan 9th I was told my order was delivered, but the tracking information clearly shows it was delivered to the wrong address. I messaged the seller, but got no response. I am now ringless and unable to get a refund. Terrible service.
