Then offered to send a new set of exchange rings after I complained. I have contacted the manufacturer and they are sending me a complete set of screws today. I will buy from them direct in the future. The slightly lower price on eBay was not worth jumping through hoops for the seller, who could have easily done more to start with, but didn't.
