Item was tossed in cardboard envelope in a toploader with nothing to secure the the item within the top loader. Item was not packaged to weather proof, FedEx dropped the well oversized envelope on my front deck with no protection from the rain we had this afternoon. Envelope was soaked to the point of disintegration. It’s a miracle the card stayed in sleeve & dry
