You remove one side, place the Apple logo on the surface that you want to transfer to, and then remove the other side. The problem was, even though I had cleaned the surface (the back of my brand new iPhone) the logo wouldn’t release. I had to carefully peel the logo off and put in in place. The most difficult part was the Apple stem, which is separate.
