Seller contacted us on 03MAR and said item was "lost in transit" and refunded us w/ NO REPLACEMENT OPTION, yet tracking looked fine and then was then marked "delivered" on 04MAR at our address, but we received nothing?!?     Amazon dropshipper. I asked for a return upon receipt, seller was reluctant/evasive "we have several warehouses, is the item okay though?" but ultimately issued a return label (to Amazon returns! lol) and a full refund. I would avoid this seller and just buy direct from Amazon or find a seller who *actually* stocks the item. I cannot rate quality or condition or appearance as I did not open the amazon prime shipping envelope. Not a good value, waste of everyones time with the return process.
