Customer service is GREAT! product though is not stable. installed the roof correctly with the foam as directed in the instructions. But it leaks badly. I highly recommend using butyl tape and caulking instead of the foam you are given. I recommend welding all the joints to the framing. Recommend putting roofing on last.20' x 20' Carport, Upgraded Carport with Heavy Duty Galvanized Steel w/Sidewall (#395585004605)
