First I want to say that I did end up keeping the wig and that h wig was unused because the lace had not been cut but when I took it out of the bag it was all a mess and knotted, it felt like it had a n of product in it and there was not n ounce of softness in it. I reached out to the seller. While I waited for her to respond I gave the poor girl a good bath. She came out silky soft and the curls were gorgeous!
