I think that may be a manufacturer issue. Outside of that it looks and feels like new and came with original paperwork in the box The box on the other hand got smashed hard in shipping. The price was right and the item I'm sure was packaged correctly, however the shipping company looks like they threw it off of roof, I contacted seller through messages and they've offered me 10% returned due to the scratches and broken plastic housing. Great experience, minus the shipping carrier (come on FedEx, do better)!!!! They may right the shipper's mistake
