I inspected the container and found it had been previously opened before shipping. I did contact the seller and explained the situation and even added some pictures. Seller never responded, they just issued a refund of 36% of the products listing. The item did arrive on time.

    Don’t recommend anymore

    Doesn’t really smell like it used to which was one of the highlights for me. Whatever formula they use ow was horrible for my hair. It made it feel unmanageable and hard to style or even feel like my hair was healthy
