I don’t know if the item is expired or wasn’t kept in optimal temperature conditions, but I’m very disappointed. The tube is beautiful, and I’m sure the lipstick was too at some point before it dried out. I’ve never purchased a Dior cosmetic product before and this experience does not make me want to try again in the future. Shipping was fast, but that’s about the only good thing I can say.
