Seller contacted us on 03MAR and said item was "lost in transit" and refunded us w/ NO REPLACEMENT OPTION, yet tracking looked fine and then was then marked "delivered" on 04MAR at our address, but we received nothing?!? Tried to purchase the SAME EXACT ITEM on the SAME EXACT LISTING but now its 26% MORE IN PRICE!!!!!!!!

I asked for a return upon receipt, seller was reluctant/evasive "we have several warehouses, is the item okay though?" but ultimately issued a return label (to Amazon returns! lol) and a full refund. I would avoid this seller and just buy direct from Amazon or find a seller who *actually* stocks the item. I cannot rate quality or condition or appearance as I did not open the amazon prime shipping envelope. Not a good value, waste of everyones time with the return process.
