The styrofoam packing was damaged and was boxed upside down. And the biggest problem, it was not cobalt blue, or blue at all, as described. It is orange and brown. Useable, but not what I wanted. I would have not puchased this color. I had the opportunity to make an offer, but chose to pay the fair asking price. Disappointed, but vendor does not take returns. I'll be more careful.
