I ran into a problem with the nvme drive failing but that was not the vendors fault. They responded quickly to my queries and apologized when a solution didn't present itself. I replaced the drive and reinstalled windows which seemed to solve the problem. All in all, i cannot complain since the laptop works better than my old one. I would do business with this seller again and would cautiously recommend them. They seem to be good people.
