    The seller presented an option to request a lower bid. I requested a C$5 reduced price and that reduced bid was accepted. At the end of finalizing the sale the seller increased the shipping cost w/o notice from C$12.60 to near C$19.99 to make up for the lower bid. I feel this is a deceptive practice. The shipping box and packing were well done. Given its age, the item is in good condition and as described. The value is trapped inside its age and scarcity.
