But my main issue is this seller sent two very specific messages with the following statements in bold type: DON'T OPEN A RETURN CASE, DON'T OPEN A REFUND REQ, DON'T OPEN AN ITEM NOT RECEIVED OR DAMAGED CASE with ebay! The messages said they were automated messages & don't bother responding to them, I assume they send these instructions on avoiding the EBAY policies to all buyers
