Lamps are rated 3W at 130Volts and should have a slightly longer lifetime on US120Volts. Lamps appear to be Chinese but are unmarked. These lamps increase in price nearly 4-5X at Xmas !! Note: My experience with these lamps are: 1. Keep them away from strong magnetic fields (can bend the internal plates) 2. These neon bulbs are sensitive to dirty switch contacts when drawing their arc.!

I did not notice there were two different kinds as only one is offered. However, the product is good quality and the seller was great shipping quickly and the price is on point. They are great just not the twist I wanted. The ones that came are straight not twisted. I will reorder and will buy from again.
