It was sealed in the shipping bag labeled and arrived on time. Upon opening it I noticed a couple small scratches on the battery cover but I put batteries in and it worked flawlessly as per the product description stated. The value of having a proper tv remote allows me to switch between satellite TV and my roku device that I have attached to my tv.
