    First may I say they sent me my tracking number within an hour and I waited 2 days and saw FedEx had picked the item up and was given a delivery date. The next day I noticed was being returned. So I emailed them about why? Their response was later the next day. They found the problem resent it from another whse, luckily its delivery day was 3 days earlier. Then we unpackaged and inventoried everything only to find every thing was there, the seat cushion was damaged They took care of it quickly.
