This was a gift for my mother so I had to go to Walmart to buy grass to fill the container and hot glue things back together. I contacted seller to let them know and the response was simple, "sometimes things fall apart durning shipping."

    Disappointing. Seller has delayed shipping (once received by the shipping service all was good). Item is missing parts and the auction image is not what I received. The font is completely different, as is the bunny and everything else. Seller would be advised to take pictures of the actual items they are listing and list with those. Returned and Refunded.
