This item was brand new in the box and came with a power supply and USB cable. As for value, I'm sure I could dig around as find the same thing a few pennies cheaper, but that's not prudent. I got the clock in 2 days, brand new sealed. I'm not complaining about anything. One last thing, the adjustable volume on the alarm goes from barely audible up to ear-piercing.

I don’t think the problem would have been resolved if I hadn’t gotten eBay involved. For that reason I would not buy from this seller again.
