      Revlon exactify eyeliner

      I really really hate the wheel thing..it uses more product than the brush. I am constantly having to put it back in the bottle to get more on it. The brush is much better. Thats my biggest complaint.

      Wheel works fine but color is so light it's barely perceptible. Even after 5 layers! Waste of money. Good technology though.
