      The product was exactly as stated and delivery right on time. BUT - the paper folded-over 9x12 envelope tore because of the non-flat charger inside. The charger was wrapped in bubble wrap and was 1/3 sticking out of the shipping envelope. It's a wonder it did not fall out and was lost within the postal system. Please consider using a tear proof plastic like shipment envelope for your shipments that are not flat. The envelope was stamped fragile but that made no difference in the handling.

      Making old new again

      I was trying to purchase a new set of phones and found that most don't have the right port for my headset, so I bought this handset to extend the life of my current set of Panasonic phones... most of which had gone bad. Having this new one has made me realize how crackly and unreliable the old ones are. Such a relief! This will hopefully tide me over until the next innovation of headsets.
