    Item doesn't heat as stated in description. It arrived in a damaged box, chipped battery cover, no instructions, print on box not in English. Seller responded but not sure seller fully understood me. I was offered a 50% refund and I accepted only because I don't have the time and energy to be communicating back and forth, otherwise I would have only accepted a full refund. Don't buy this product.

    These were not authentic Miniso Stitch. The boxes came all beat up & they didn’t have a legit QR code for authentication. One of them came dirty with an upside down eye glued in & another one with the wrong eyes. They deny them being fake but I have real ones to compare to. The seller did respond quick but they did not want to provide a shipping label & I had to go back and fourth with them. They were trying to to pay me off with $15USD when I paid over $100. Do not recommend. Counterfeit items!
