I replaced the battery and it still did not work. I contacted the seller, but she did not "try her best to help" she just said to clean it with baking soda and vinegar. I tried that, it still didn't work. I asked for a refund because the item was misrepresented, she said no because I'm past the return window "by many days" even though I only received it 4 days ago. Not a positive experience
