      I received the item two days after I placed the order and I am pleased with the speed of the shipping. The item was neatly and safely packaged with no chance of it being damaged in transit. The item was exactly as described, brand new and sealed box. I registered the item on the Bose website with no issues. These headphones are a big improvement from my previous Bose headphones, the quality is incredible. I would definitely purchase from this reseller again. Kudos to the reseller ! Great Job !

      While there was a slight delay in the shipping, this was not the seller's fault as it happened after the item was shipped. With that said the seller was very responsive, and respectful with his communication, and the item was exactly as described and was well-packed. I have only used the headphones for 20-30 minutes, but I've enjoyed it so far; I'll definitely recommend this seller!
