    The item I received was clearly not new. The yoga mat arrived wrapped in a trash bag and secured with a hair tie, and there was a crack along the seam on the back of the mat. When I contacted the seller, they informed me the mat was actually a return. They did offer a refund if I sent it back, but I chose to keep it because returning it would have been inconvenient with my work schedule, as I’m not available during post office hours. I couldn’t gift the item as I originally planned.
