When the car arrived the blower belt was in fact broken and appeared to have been cut cleanly somewhere along its life. When I contacted seller, they said it wasn't like that when they shipped it, and they don't accept returns. I guess maybe it was magically sliced through the shipping process? I started a return through the eBay guarantee program and was refunded the full price
