    I purchased a kimono that should have been NEW with tags. When I received the kimono, it had NO tags and Smelled of perfume. I did contact the seller and the shop replied that I should start the return process for a full refund if I was not satisfied with the purchase. I would return, but the shipping is not included in the refund. The consumer should be made whole if the product is not as advertised. I would not purchase from this shop again.

    This was a NEW UNWORN item with no perfume scent, as it was stored in a clean zippered storage bag until shipped. I offered a FULL refund, (I repeat a FULL refund) but did not receive a response from the buyer. Unfortunately, this is part of doing business on Ebay.
