She was packed in tissue paper, bubble wrap, and lots of packing paper, inside a sturdy box. The adorable figurine arrived quickly, in lovely condition, and she is exactly as described! I am so happy with her. The little girl and her puppy are so well designed and are so cute. Both the price and shipping were marvelous. I am so happy with the figurine and the excellent service!
