The item needed some repair and modification to work properly. The fill hose is a soft silicone and had a pin hole. I cut a centimeter off the hose to remove the pin hole. The dip tube was several centimeters too short to reach the bottom of the pressure vessel. I removed that hose and replaced it with a piece of tygon tubing cut to be 1 milimeter from the bottom of the vessel.
