      I contacted the seller told him the product is not what was advertised. I needed an IC interchangeable core, which is what the description said, but the product was not an IC interchangeable core therefore I had to pay somebody to re-key these locks but if I had interchangeable core, I would not have added cost. I asked the seller to pay for the rekeying but my request was ignored

      I did reply immediately and offered a full refund if you sent them back, also gave you a great deal as you got two for a fraction of what they cost. You said you didn’t have time to return them and already had them rekeyed and then asked for me to pay for the re-keying fee-also didn’t provide proof just a phone number for me to call and verify how much that company charges. You said the locks weren’t IC but I went back to the listing and it does state they are on the box.
