The merch box wasn't exactly in good shape, but the contents was definitely in good condition. It was unfortunate that the model I bought originally wasn't available, but the seller was willing to work with me and gave me a replacement. The headphones was a bit expensive (added with the shipping), but the quality and design is definitely top notch.
