    The quality, condition and correspondence were great. It arrived nicely packaged, however what they call "Beige" (My color is light cashmere, light yellow) is actually Brown, maybe a brown mocha color. When I opened the package, it was obvious it wasn't near the color match that is shown on Ebay. They offered to refund 1/2 and I agreed and threw away the item. Very fair price and staff was eager to correct the problem.
