We have already confirmed that this person connected the system incorrectly, and he refused to try even the most basic troubleshooting steps to correct this mistakes. As a result, his refund was rejected - and he is simply using the feedback platform to retaliate (which is not how this area is supposed to be used). You have been added to our Blocked Buyers list.
