The packaging was excellent and the product arrived as shown, however there were some damages during shipping, all of which seem to be fixable. Umataro did do a partial refund to cover some of the damages which I accepted, although he did also offer a full refund if I wanted it! He provided excellent communication over the entire journey and was very helpful.
