Our package was lost for almost two weeks & a case had to be opened up; it could not be located! On day 11, it magically arrived at a facility. Initial delivery date was Dec 20th-21st, actual delivery date today, Jan 2! So our daughter was without her milk for almost 3 weeks!!! The USPS did absolutely nothing to help us. There were no issues, it was just running behind because of the holidays. Shar in, you should be ashamed for leaving that review.
