The printer simply would not print anything but blank pages. I tried in vain to clean the print head, new print cartridges... nothing worked. The item was printing properly before shipping though. The only conclusion is that something happened during shipping. This seller responded quickly, fairly, and processed a refund straight away. A++ Terrific ebay seller
