I have been spreading these seeds in ideal areas of the wild. mostly marshy/swamp adjacent areas. testing my theory.

These seeds are garbage. Only a few sprouted and only grew for a short time. It was not a germination problem. The seeds are obviously old out and dated. This was the second buyer I bought them from and the problems were the same as the other buyer. I suspect the buyer was the same person as the first batch only using a different name on Ebay. Locations were the same for both sellers.
