So i asked them whats going on with my order? They apologized without reason and shipped it that day. Arrived poorly packaged bag. The item broke and rendered it useless. Contacted support and chose to get refund and was told it'll be 24 hours until I receive it but they didn't send me my refund. Contacted them again and they ghosted me. Really bad customer service. Will not recommend this seller!

I just had one issue and it’s more of an annoyance really. A label stuck on the front cover I didn’t think I could remove without damage to the cover. Fortunately my girlfriend somehow got the thing off. Again, it was annoying more than anything. It’s a usable book and that’s the main concern. I do recommend this seller.
