Contacted support and chose to get refund and was told it'll be 24 hours until I receive it but they didn't send me my refund. Contacted them again and they ghosted me. Really bad customer service. Will not recommend this seller!

I just had one issue and it’s more of an annoyance really. A label stuck on the front cover I didn’t think I could remove without damage to the cover. Fortunately my girlfriend somehow got the thing off. Again, it was annoying more than anything. It’s a usable book and that’s the main concern. I do recommend this seller.
