Upon opening the box, I was met with literal dirt snd leaves. The item was covered in dirt so much, i didn't even realize it was broken when i initially requested a refund. I sent a total of 5 ot 6 messages w/ photos, but i was ignored. It took a week of me calling ebay, submitting complaints and then waiting, Ebay did step in and refund me. Avoid this seller!

I know this is probably the usps fault and not the seller but shipping is included in the review so had to air it out . Filters look ok and should work fine though . I will probably purchase from them again and see how it turns out before bailing on them , maybe use ups instead of the usps .
