      This seller was absolutely amazing to work with. Even with the busy holiday season, my purchase came on the early end of the shipping window provided by the seller. It arrived new in original packaging as described. Unfortunately, one part of the keyboard did not work correctly. I don't think there was any way for the seller to know prior to me opening it. When I reported this to the seller, they were quick to offer a return with full refund or that I could keep it with partial refund. 10/10
