Item is, as advertised, in a very good condition, and since it's a rare book, the price paid was around 20% less, on the average, than the prices of other, similar items available in "good" condition. Book came very well-packaged in two bubble envelopes, hence no damage to corners as sometimes happens to shipped hard cover books. It is clear that the seller really put a lot of care in the transaction, communication, and packaging.
