      I can't complain about the seller, both items showed up in a timely way. The equipment itself is poor. Bose discontinued this product. I had two already and they were wearing out and I wanted to replace them. I found these on Ebay. They're not as good as the original equipment. The directions were in German. Maybe they weren't the same as US distributed products. The design is the same, but there are differences in the set up, use, etc.

      bought these items with the understanding that they were bose sound earbuds that were functional not only were they knock offs they both fell apart at the ear bud and speaker area. I can understand that some items are not perfect but a client evpect the value to meet the brand its represents,not fake appearance and a fake appearance I flew out of country 2 days after getting these and both pair fell apart when i put them on . This seem to happen a lot on Ebay .
