    Doughmakers Loaf Pan

    This pan is made from very heavy-duty aluminum. If you have a perfect oven, you can get by with a cheaper pan. However, if your oven does not heat perfectly evenly, or if you fill it with multiple loaves, this heavy pan conducts heat and cooks more evenly than other pans. To get the same browning as other pans you must use slightly higher temperatures or slightly longer bake times, but the resulting product will be superior -- it will not be overcooked on one side and undercooked on the other.
