I contacted Retro Resale Goods requesting a partial refund as this appears to be a "for parts" device. The seller immediately responded and gave me a partial refund. If I need additional devices or parts in the future I will use this seller.

Shipping and tracking and email alerts were outstanding. The winder was as described and a great value. The power winder was in perfect condition and everything was in tact.
